We would like to give you a good report but we ordered a PALMA Rattan three piece for the garden which was delivered on the 30th of September but was missing the glass for the table We have sent emails to Denesa and Lottie and Chloe the customer support team and still have no answer as to when the table glass top is going to arrive We have had advertising for sofas for sale How can recommend you when you haven’t fulfilled your obligation to us Regards Mr and Mrs Ford
I am writing this review in desperation! I purchased from OutandOut a TV console table, that I saw advertised in Elle Decoration, it is the wrong size ! I have emailed 6/7 times, telephoned the same, it is totally impossible to contact this Company! I want to change it for a larger size. I said I would pay for the replacement even before they would pick this one up! Absolutely no response whatsoever! This is a shoddy Company, not dealing with it’s Customer Service at all. I have bought from Wayfair, John Lewis, IKEA, and never had this type of thing before! It is a shame, as I like their products! They will rue the day of not listening to their Customers. I will never purchase from them again.

I tried to ring on over 15 occasions to order and out door furniture set and apply my discount, but never got through, so ordered it online at full price.
When the set arrived I was missing one small but crucial piece. Once again I tried to call many times and never got through to their customer service so I emailed and still have not had a response. In conclusion until they have the staff to run their operation properly I would avoid buying from them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Terrible company, terrible customer service! If 0 stars was an option, it would’ve been that!!
I placed my order for a new dining table and chairs at the beginning of the last week of April. Dining table was delivered within 2 days... No chairs!
We’re now on the 11th May, so approaching 6 weeks post delivery of my dining table and still no chairs.
I was told 3 weeks ago that my chairs would be delivered on the 22nd April, they didn’t show. When tracking via Parcelforce it advises that they attempted to collect the chairs but they were “not available” from the warehouse. At this point I had no courtesy call from this company nor did I have an explanation or alternative delivery date. I emailed their customer services department last Wednesday (5th May) to query what was going on and I had a generic reply advising that my chairs would be here “either this Friday or Friday after”. No apology for the previous failed delivery, no apology for the delay itself and the fact a potential delay has never been advised to me, not even at time of purchase! Upon receiving the latest email response from them, I demanded some sort of explanation and threatened leaving a review on this platform detailing my experience.
They were soon quick to call, 3 times in fact! It took a threat of a bad review in order for them to give mediocre customer service.
Anyway, I subsequently ignored the call as quite frankly I am seething about the matter and I wasn’t interested in hearing some pitiful excuses.
I advised to call me the next day ... shock horror, no call or any contact since!!
So here we are, present day, still chair-less and none the wiser.
Parcel force have tried to collect from the warehouse again today and yet again, the update advises that there isn’t anything at the warehouse ready to collect so seemingly this company have sold a product to me thats either out of stock or has never existed!
So do yourselves a favour and buy elsewhere, avoid this company at all costs!

My item was missing 2 cushions and despite several emails and even trying to leave a review on the item (which they removed) it still hasn't been rectified. This was in May its now February.

Very good service .. only criticism would be to keep in contact more to tell me what was happening with delivery as there was no stock at the time of ordering.
Whilst the product is super and I love my out door furniture your communication skills are zero I repeatedly phoned and emailed and was either ignored or brushed off with excuses never given an answer , item should have arrived 5 weeks after ordering in April However it didn’t arrive til July .
